Flyover Cards has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to privacy. The following statements inform you about our information gathering and dissemination practices for our Site.
We value the privacy and security of the information that you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, protect, and process your information. Any information that you provide to us is used strictly to process and fulfill the functions of our ecards, your Membership purchase, and/or for internal analytical purposes, as described in this Privacy Policy. We only share information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, and we will not sell, trade, or redistribute any of your information to any third party, except as specified in this Privacy Policy. We maintain reasonable, standard commercially available technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized disclosure. We may use the information from your membership application and ecard orders to process your purchase, provide customer service, improve or customize our products and services, or fulfill applicable financial, tax, legal or compliance requirements. Membership Information
Registration and Subscription: As a Member, you will be required to register and pay a subscription fee to take advantage of some of the interactive activities on our Site, such as sending ecards. To register, you will need to submit your e-mail address. Your email address will function as your user name. You will also be required to select a unique password to be used as an identifier.
Tracking Information: In the course of using our site, we automatically track certain information such as your IP addresses and e-mail addresses. Many other websites automatically collect this information. We will not use, transfer, or sell any email addresses we receive from you. Email addresses we receive from you are used to enable you to send Flyover Cards.
Sharing your personal information: Generally, our Operators will not share any personal information submitted by you without posting a notification that our Operators intend to do so. Our Operators may share information submitted by you with our Site's business partners that provide promotional material or help to publish our website, maintain our database, and/or fulfill orders you have made. You may opt out of receiving emails from such sources at any time (see Opting Out below).
If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails, ecards or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on our site, we may collect such information into a file which is only accessed by authorized personnel. Our Operators may also collect other user's comments about you in our complaint department.Opting Out
When you sign up for Membership on our Site, you may choose to opt out of (a.) receiving communications directly from our Site about new features or services, and (b.) receiving communications from third-party companies concerning their products or services. If you would like to stop such use of your personal information at any time and for any reason, you may notify us of that preference by emailing us at help(at)flyovercards.com. Put "OPT OUT" on the subject line of your email. Note: PayPal has their own opting out policy separate from ours.
Terminating Membership
Either you or our Operators may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason. You can cancel your own membership by following the steps listed in our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ at the bottom of this page). Our Operators reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Flyover Cards ecard services, without any prior notice, upon any breach, by you, of this Agreement or breach of our Terms of Service which is brought to our Operators' attention. Important Note: Terminated members are responsible for cancelling the PayPal automatic annual payment. Our Operators do not have access to your PayPal account.
Security Policies
Flyovercards.com and Flyovercards-store.com are maintained as SSL secure websites. Please keep in mind that although Flyovercards-store.com is maintained as a secure website, whatever you publicly disclose online – for example in an e-card, or through an e-mail – can be collected and used by others or unlawfully intercepted by third parties. No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, our Operators cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit in an e-card or in an email sent to us, therefore you do so at your own risk. In addition, our Operators may disclose information to law enforcement or other government officials if we determine such disclosure to be necessary or appropriate, or if we are compelled to disclose it by court order or operation of law.
Your Flyover Cards' Membership account is password protected so that only you can access it and view the Member information relevant to your account. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. Ultimately, you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and account information. Please be careful and responsible whenever you are online.
Use of Cookies
This website stores cookies on your computer. These cookies are used to improve your website experience and provide more personalized services to you. Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers, for record-keeping purposes, to a user's computer hard drive or device memory. Cookies make web surfing easier for you by saving your preferences while you are at our Site. We never save passwords or credit card information in cookies. Accepting a cookie from our Site, does not give anyone access to your computer or to any personal information. It is simply a small file in which we keep information that identifies you as a unique user. For example, we may use a cookie to indicate when you have already voted for a particular site to prevent multiple voting and a distortion of results.

About IP Addresses
An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the Web. Web servers – the computers that "serve up" web pages – automatically identify your computer by its IP address. When users request pages on our Site, our servers log their IP addresses. Please review each activity prior to use and only participate in those that involve the disclosure of information you are comfortable with sharing.
Your Credit Card Information
Flyover Cards does not have access to your credit card information. Annual subscription fees paid by Members are handled by PayPal.com. Your credit card information is processed by PayPal. Information you share with PayPal is subject to PayPal's Privacy Policy.
Links from Flyover Cards to Other Websites
Our Operators' Privacy Policy addresses only the use and disclosure of information we collect from you on our Site and/or through emails, letters. or correspondence. You may occasionally get cookies (which our Operators do not control) from businesses that advertise on our Site, and when you link to the websites of third party advertisers, for example through an advertising banner. Your use of those third party sites will be subject to the privacy policies of such third parties, which may differ from our own Privacy Policy.
Your Acceptance of These Terms
By USING OUR SITE, you signify your consent to the collection and use of personal information by our Operators as outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site.
