How do I become a Member of Flyover Cards?

Are Flyover Cards Free?
- To send Flyover Cards you have to be a Member with a paid up Subscription.
- Joining Flyover Cards is a TWO-STEP process (Click here to read How to Register.).
- The Subscription fee is only $12.00 per year.
- After you make a subscription payment to PayPal, all cards are free for the year.
Do I have to login to PayPal to become a Flyover Cards' Member?
- Yes.
- You need to have a PayPal account to pay the Flyover Cards' annual subscription fee. It's easy to set up a secure PayPal account.
- After your transaction is complete you will be sent back to the Flyover Cards Store. PayPal will email a receipt to you.
- PayPal charges no fee to sign up for their services.
- PayPal will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW your subscription. See How to Cancel Autorenew.

How do I pay my annual $12 Subscription fee?
- Make your first payment through your Member Control Panel by following directions in STEP-2 See Step-2, How to Register.
- Each year, thereafter, PayPal will automatically renew your subscription.
How do I send a Flyover Card?
Do Animated-Videos come with their own soundtrack?
Can I add music to a Photo eCard?
- Yes you can. On the Compose Your Card page click Audio to select from many choices of music and sounds.
How do I change the size of an Emoji in my messages?
- After putting an emoji into your message, select it and pull on the small corner anchor dots.
- You can stretch it to a larger size (this only works in some browsers).
How do I change my membership password?
- Select Login (in upper left corner of this page) Enter your email address and password.
- Select My Account (in upper left corner of screen).
- Select Change Your Settings, then follow the directions for Change Your Password.
I have lost my password. What can I do?
- Select Login (in upper left corner of this page).
- Enter your email address.
- Select Lost your password?
- Select Click here to reset it. And follow directions.
- Note, you will be sent 2 emails. One to verify your identity. The second email gives you a temporary password.
How long do recipients have to pick up their Flyover Cards?
- They have over 60 days to pick up their cards.
How will I know if my card was received?
- On the compose-card page you can choose: Notify me when card has been picked up.
Why did the confirmation email not arrive in my email?
- It may take few minutes to arrive depending on internet traffic.
- We automatically send an email to the address you used to sign up.
- Sometimes the email is put into your Junk Mail (Spam) folder.
- Add Flyover Cards Store email address: courier@flyovercards-store.com to your contact list.

Why did my recipient not receive their card?
- We automatically send a reminder to your recipient if the card has not been picked up within 24-hours.
- Maybe you used the wrong email address. Click on My Account. Then click View Card History, where you can check the email address you sent the ecard to.
- Your recipient has up to 60-days to claim a Flyover Card.
- The card may have been put into their Junk Mail (Spam) folder.
- Send your recipient a message telling them to look for an email from Flyover Cards Store.
- Have them add "Flyover Cards Store" email address: courier@flyovercards-store.com to their contact list.

I selected Notify me when card has been picked up. Why did I not receive an email notifying me that my recipient picked up their card?
- If you selected to be notified, your recipient may not have picked up their card yet.
- Your recipient has up to 60-days to claim a Flyover Card.
- Another possibility is that the email announcement from us may have been put into your Junk Mail (Spam) folder.
- Send your recipient a message telling them to look for an email from Flyover Cards Store.
- Add "Flyover Cards Store" email address: courier@flyovercards-store.com to your contact list.

Why did my card get sent on the wrong date? Follow these steps if you use 'Calendar' and 'Send on a Later Date'.
- First Login.
- Click on My Account.
- Click on Change Your Settings.
- Click on Choose a Timezone.
- Click Go.
Why can't I see or hear an Animated-Video?
- First make sure your speakers or ear buds are plugged in and the volume is turned up.
- Bluetooth may need to be turned on.
- Animated-Videos play automatically in most modern browsers.
- You may find that our videos will not play in some older browsers.
- Update your browser.
- Other possibilities.
Why can't I preview or play my music selection for Photo cards?
- First make sure your speakers or ear buds are plugged in and the volume is turned up.
- Bluetooth may need to be turned on.
- Music and soundtracks play automatically in most modern browsers.
- You may find that the audio selections will not play in some older browsers.
- Update your browser.
- Other possibilities.
How do I change my membership email address?
- You will have to close (cancel) your existing account (see below) and open a new account using the new email address.
- Unfortunately, when you close your existing account you will lose your old Contacts List, Card History, and Calendar Settings.
- Unfortunately, you will also have to pay for a new Subscription.

- Yes it does.
- Your browser must have javascript turned on.

- Animated-Videos are played in HTML5 format.
- All modern computers, smart phones, and tablets should support this format.

How do I make my email program accept Flyover Cards' emails?
Here are links for some email programs (email clients):
- If you are not receiving Flyover Cards emails, you can create a filter that accepts email from courier@flyovercards-store.com.

- While in your email, go to Settings.
- Look for Filters and Blocked Addresses
- Select: Create a new filter
- In the From Box enter: courier@flyovercards-store.com
- Click on: Create filter with this search >>
- In the next window check: Never send it to Spam.
- Then click-on the: Create filter button.
- Other email programs (email clients) should have similar tools, so look through help in your email program.
How do I cancel my Flyover Cards membership?
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your membership, follow these four steps:
- Login to Flyovercards-store.com with your email address and password.
- Select My Account (in upper left corner of this screen).
- Select Close Your Account. Follow the directions for Closing Your Account (you will need your password).
- Next, go to PayPal to cancel your Automatic Annual Subscription Payment. See Cancel Auto-Subscription Payment (next).
How do I cancel the Automatic Annual Subscription Payment at PayPal?
Log in to PayPal.com.:
- Log in to PayPal.com
- Click the Gear Icon. It takes you to your Profile page.
- Click Payments.
- Click Manage Preapproved Payments.
- Look at Automatic Payments: Show Active.
- Select Flyover Cards.
- Look for Status: Active / Cancel.
- Select Cancel.
- Follow instructions.
- Log out when you are finished.
- PayPal may have changed these specific instructions.
